What was your vision in founding Scott Lincicome Properties?

To be the number 1 independent real estate firm in Moore County. To focus on lifestyle property and provide a level of service that is the best in the area. Create an environment for agents to perform at their best, and give them all the technology and tools to have them become superstar real estate agents.

Can you describe a significant turning point in your career?

When I niched myself and realized I wanted to love what I do for a career.

How has technology, social media and online marketing changed and/or impacted your approach to business?

We are a very tech savvy company. We went paperless in 2014-2015. Social media along with a number of other online marketing platforms allow us to adapt to the ever-changing market and marketing opportunities.

What do you love most about working and living in Pinehurst, NC?

It is a beautiful place that offers a wonderful quality of life, lots of golf and other outdoor activities. It is also perfectly geographically located in the middle of North Carolina, which makes it easy to reach the beach and/or the mountains in less than 3 hours each way.

How do you like to spend your free time?

Playing golf, yoga, meditation, SUP/surfing, snowboarding, spending time with my family, traveling and getting together with friends.
